Welcome to Fluffy Rottweiler Family
                                           Health guarantee and ShippingÂ
Once Fluffy Rottweiler Family has brought one of its puppies to your place, not only do you get a new friend but also you get a sense of security knowing that your new family member has been raised up in the most loving, caring, and healthy standards. It is not something you take lightly to bring a puppy into your house. It is quite an emotional situation. It is exciting. It’s also accompanied by a plethora of questions. This is exactly why we rely on the principle of utter openness, reliable help, and a health promise that is a true reflection of the trust we’ve established through our entire procedure.
We are extremely confident with the health, as well as the happiness of our dogs and puppies. Right from the moment they are born, our Rottweiler puppies are handled in a pure, but stress-free and joyful environment. We make it our personal mission to see that by the time they are going to be taken into their new homes they are strong, healthy, and well socialized. We choose our breeding adults not only for their sweet temperament and beautiful structure, but in addition to that, for their genetic soundness. We are not for the idea of taking shortcuts or mass breeding. We breed small, and we breed responsibly. Every litter is planned carefully; we space out our breedings so our mothers have enough time to rest, recover, and enjoy their lives as our pets at home.
Before your puppy gets to meet you, they have already been seen multiple times by our trusted vet. To be specific, all our puppies get a full nose-to-tail health check, age-appropriate vaccinations, and deworming at regular intervals. We check every day each puppy’s weight during the first part of life and we follow their progression quite closely. If a puppy is in a condition that requires extra support whether it is in the form of extra nutrition, warmth, or bottle-feeding, we make sure that we are there with them all the time. We can’t really fall asleep in peace unless we know that our babies are doing well.
Usually, between 10 and 12 weeks, depending on the puppies’ development and readiness, your puppy will be leaving with a signed veterinary health report, a record of all vaccinations and deworming, feeding instructions, and a puppy care guide that we have made based on years of experience. A comfort package is also included in the small comfort package to help with the transition: a blanket or toy that smells like home, a first portion of their food, and sometimes a little surprise because we think the little things matter.
We provide a health guarantee as we are loyal to our promise. We pledge that the little dog is alive and free from serious genetic diseases and congenital disorders for a full year starting from the day the dog was born. If within this period a licensed vet diagnosis a hereditary disease that makes the quality of the puppy’s life worse, then we will cooperate with you to solve the problem in any of the following ways: providing a replacement, refunding part of the cost, or offering emotional support and guidance through your options. We only ask you to notify us as soon as possible, provide all the veterinary documentation, and allow us to consult with our vet if necessary. Our intention is not to argue or defend but to be together with you as a fellow dog lover and do what’s right for your puppy.
Puppies can get sick from stress, environment, or lack of proper care after they leave us. Unfortunately, we do not cover common puppy illnesses such as parasites, coccidia, giardia, kennel cough, or hypoglycemia. In most cases, these are easily treatable or preventable if addressed on time and are not life-threatening. While we take all the necessary precautions to reduce the risks, it is still extremely important to know that puppies are very much like human babies – they are still developing their immunity and are very sensitive to change. That is the reason why we ask every family to arrange a healthy puppy check-up within 48 hours of bringing home their new puppy. This not only helps the vet to establish a care baseline but also ensures that everything is in place.
Honestly, what about shipping, right? We understand that not every loving family can drive to pick up their new baby. So, we are happy to offer our nationwide families a professional, safe, stress-minimized, and reliable shipping service if they want to welcome a Fluffy Rottweiler Family puppy into their lives.
We don’t ship our puppies via air freight, not even once. They are not objects, after all. They are living souls, and they deserve to be treated with the same respect and gentleness as the highest level. That is the reason why we have a puppy nanny flight service where a trusted, experienced flight escort who carries your puppy by hand and travels in-cabin on a commercial airline flight directly to your nearest major airport is the one who meets you. Your puppy is with us, not with the carrier, and is never left alone, never put in the cargo hold, and is always given the love and care they need during the whole trip. The nanny makes sure they are warm, comfortable, and safe during every step of the way. Once they land, your new baby is gently handed over to you the moment the nanny passes the baton to you tail wagging, eyes bright, and love in their hearts.
We, too, have ground transport options available in certain areas. Our pet transport partners who are licensed and insured for pet transport are the ones who do the driving and have the expertise in small-breed puppies. This method might take a little longer but can sometimes be more convenient for families who live within driving distance and prefer to have the delivery car come directly to them. All transportation is designed with you and your puppy’s comfort in mind. We promise that we will never speed up the process and put the safety of your puppy at risk.
Before they are shipped, our vet checks all the puppies again to make sure they can travel. We will keep you informed with updates, travel photos, tracking info, and even through the communication that is in real-time throughout the trip. We do understand that waiting is hard, and that is why we want to help every one of your worries go away.
We get it. New puppies are a big deal, right? The whole thing is like a puzzle of questions, feelings, and hopes. That’s why we do it personal. We’ll walk you every detail if you are packing your things, puppy-proofing your home, or the first 24 hours of your new puppy. Talking with you is always our priority. And, we are never too far to not care.
At Fluffy Rottweiler Family, our puppies don’t just arrive they are welcomed. They don’t just leave they are sent off with love, blessings, and a little piece of our heart. And that’s the way it should be.
Because when you choose us, you’re not just choosing a breeder.
You’re choosing a family that believes in doing things the right way the loving way.
Always.
